I wonder how many people have examined their radiator through the grill on their Autosleeper Nuevo, based on the Peugot Boxer van? I have had my Nuevo ES since November and already have two large and on small flattening of the fins on the radiator. The grill, if you can call it, is virtually non existant on the lower part. Does anyone know of a screen that you can buy to fit over the entire grill?

I guess that you could use any fine meshed wire netting directly on the radiator.

Watch the temperature gauge to see that it doesn't overheat due to restricted airflow.

PS Weld Mesh is the product but I am sure that DIY and Pet retailers stock sheets with quarter or half inch mesh. (6mm and 12mm).

I have removed the front bmper from my Fiat Ducato and lined the open area with wire mesh used for rabbit cages etc purchased from a hardware store. The mesh is secured with nylon tie wraps and spire nuts.
