Must say I admire your taste in motorhome, but that could be because we have one too.
We have taken the supplied dinner set out of ours because 1) We didn't like the 'scratchy' texture of the plates and 2) with arthritic hands, I found them difficult to get in and out of the place designed for them to fit. We now keep a saucepan strapped under each of those elastic straps and have bought melamine tableware from the camping shop. The plates fit in that bit under the draining board, on a bit of that non slip matting to stop them sliding around (also used on the table as non-slip table mats), and the dishes in the left-hand top cupboard. Some small bone china mugs fit in the purpose made slots for cups (couldn't drink my cuppa out of melamine).
Do you mean for the cab? We bought a set of car mats, but they don't fit everso well, good enough though.
Another tip you might be glad of, to improve storage. We have taken the rail out in the wardrobe and fitted shelves cut from MDF about half inch thick. They fit right to the back and front of the cupboard. You can get loads of clothes in there that way and who goes camping with stuff that needs hanging up, anyway? We just take T shirts and casual trousers plus a jumper or two. If you roll each item instead of folding it makes it easy to keep everything organised and crease free on the shelves.
Screwed in some of those little plastic things that you use for the shelves in the kitchen units - you can get them in B&Q. That's about the furthest extent of our DIY skills!
