Well looks like we will have to pay a visit to the Caravan & Motor Home Show!
Are the deals good at the show or would I be better buying from a dealer in the winter perhaps?
Well the NEC show is a great place to "browse"..and there will probably be some pretty good deals about(..extras included in price etc),however,it's only a bargain if you were after a new MH in the first place.
Personally for a first MH,I'd dip my toe by maybe looking at a tidy, privately bought van conversion(..as it'd have fewer concerns over damp, than an older coachbuilt) and just see how you go from there...
The chances of the first vehicle you buy, turning out to be the ideal one after you've lived with it is a while, are pretty slim.So at least if you buy sensibly, you would minimise any finacial loss if you decide to change it in a year or so....
Oh!...if you do buy from a dealer,my advice would be to choose one carefully..and if possible,on your doorstep!...so that you don't have to drive the length of the country, inorder to be a pain in the arse when things go wrong!
