..I assume that you've tried registering on "Motorhomefacts" and sending PM to "Motherbrown"?..
I don't anymore about it,it's just that it was a topic that caught our attention a few years back,when we considered(briefly)a tag axle Mh ....
I haven't heard mention of anything like it on internet forums since though...so one can only assume that this lack of "chatter" means that it must be very rare..? 
(..in fact "Motherbrown's'" did sound as if it had been "dropped" off a low loader or ramp,didn't it... )
