isn't there a bird poo remover available for cars? I would ask at your local car accessory shop.

To be honest if I have any birdie poo on the car or caravan I just give it a really good soak and it wipes away.  It's never red with dates but it's often red with berries. Can't be a lot different can it? 

I have a lot of birds around my house and they also tend to poo on the van and our car and exactly as Steve says, I soak it all with water and then wipe it off. Luckily our Yorkshire birds poo on my camper after eating from the peach tree.

I bought a bird dropping remover spray from Lidls for just over a quid, tried it on my white Golf to remove sea gull pooh and it worked a treat.
