We are thinking of buying a camper van next year.  My husband is now 76 - will he be able to get insurance and roughly at what cost?

the only way to find out is as steve said phone around for some quotes try saga they specialise in over 60,s and offer all kinds of discounts , They only do holidays nowwadays they offer all kinds of insurance as well .

as delboydriver has said Saga do elderly insurance,I have Sage for my van,but I would check the weight limit you are allowed to drive because after the age of 75 you are limited.

My insurance is £247 PA fully comp with UK recovery.
