Can't be of any real help, sorry, other than to say make a nuisance of yourself!
..but reading through some of dsewll's links,it amazes me just how much some MH owners "roll over",instead of sticking to their guns..
(..having said that, faced with a 2-3hr drive back to a dealer or spending a saturday morning fettling with the 'van on your driveway putting things right, you can see why folks do fix some things themselves..myself included )
I feel that on far to many occasions, rather than the vehicle undergoing a thorough PDI,the dealers play the percentage game and the customer is used as a fault finding mechanism...
( "..they'll bring it back,if there's something wrong.." )
Of the three 'vans we've had, there hasn't been one that's been faults free, when we've got it home..they've all had either faulty water tank gauges, faulty filler caps, step warning buzzers not working etc.(..All pretty simple stuff to fix but things that should've been picked up during a PDI carried out by a competant service engineer!)
..Just because a dealership has an array of nice flags and the staff all wear nice coordinated sweatshirts, who offer you a "free" coffee from the vending macine, doesn't make 'em a good dealer!
