ah - yes - heater!! can't decide after looking up heating on this site general view is go for convector as oil filled radiator takes a while to heat up - but maybe not so in our super little babes?! but then, though noisy, a fan heater cd double as cool air for summer and is tiny.. not been out in the cold with her.
Lights - came back fine from Danbury - clever adjustment both sides to allow access. very neat. they said they're notifying everyone and for people to get it fixed when they're passing... but seeing as they came down for me (and paid for the diesel) think they'd do the same if you asked.
best wishes

I can't remember how long mine took. I'll have to see how well a little (not so little in a van this small!) 700W radiator works when it gets really cold! My main concern with a convector is how far away from flammable objects it needs to be, what with all the curtains, etc.

Great news...I presume they cut out slots/holes to allow access. I await their call/email/letter...

Hi lizzy thanks ! so far all Ive had done re:conversion is the pop-up roof. Im hoping to get a permanent electric hook-up point installed in Jan ( same guy who did the roof ) so I wont have to run the EHU cable out through the side window. Everything else is removable- bed, kitchen unit, etc. I dont have a sink/running water and havent missed it ;or a leisure battery as I usually stay at sites with EHU.
