Thanks Jean,
Hubby thinks our pump is external and there is just a pipe leading from the tank to the pump.
I know once before, the problem was solved by unscrewing the big cap from the tank under the floor (cleaning access) and then putting it back. We tried that yesterday but still nothing. Will get hubby to try out the above suggestions when he gets in from work tonight.

Ok...Have tried filling tank with taps open, turning off tap, turning on pump, then turning on tap....nothing. Pump still ticking over but no water coming out. Have tried releasing air lock on outside of van where it fills, as well as the big screw top where you clean tank out under the floor. Have also dumped all water with the internal dump valve (then tried refilling it again) nothing.
No taps on the hot water tank at all, so can't be that.
Have taken pics of the hot water tank, pump, filter & noted down part numbers etc and will have to phone Lunar. My guess is a blockage in the water filter, which I believe is the white 'washing up liquid bottle' type object on the wall next to the hot water tank & pump.
Anyone know if filters can be bought and if they are easy to change or can they be cleaned out somehow?
Many thanks
Sara

The filter is a throw away carbon type made by Whale they are not cheap, they do recommend renewing ever year, i did away with mine as i never drink the tank water i use a water container with fresh water from home or campsite tap.
Before you buy a new filter have a look at the pump
The pump may be running but if the impeller shaft has come away from it, the pump is u/s as they are sealed and cannot be fixed ive tried.
Disconnect the pump from the tap side turn on the tap this should start the pump ,it should flow water if it doesnt look in the end and see if the shaft with the impeller is moving round at speed. it may have stuck if it isnt time to shell out for another pump.
