Hi Debbie
My Husband decided before we got ours that he too wanted a fixed bed, we have had no regrets with our choice & don't regret that one little bit, but I know others prefer to make up beds every night to have the extra day room.
We have a Swift Bolero 690FB and whilst it is only about 23ft long for two of us we have plenty of room in the living area with the front seats spun round, and the bed is really comfy to be honest I can't wait to go away again as we sleep better in it than at home.
Good luck in your search for your ideal motorhome.
