The Khyams that people are recommending are the quick-erect style, the one you're looking at is a standard seperate poles & fabric that won't be a one-man job to put up, you need one like this: http://www.khyam.co.uk/detail.asp?p=348
It's quite a lot more money but we have one of their quick-erect tents that's bigger than that and I can put it up single handed in 5 minutes and I'm only 5'4".
We just use a sun canopy on our T4, occasionally combined with a big Quechua pop-up, but if we were to go for an awning I'd definitely go for a Kyham.
