The first Remoska pan I bought was the medium one which I use at home for the family and must have had it 10 years I got a second small one from a Vide Granier while over in France,20 euro, and leave that in the van. You do see the hologen ovens at vide graniers so if you over in France keep your eyes open, they are a lot lot cheaper than the UK.
