I have one of these type set ups http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/redirect.asp?redir=http://www.towsure.com/product/532-Caravan_Mains_Kit
I put the inlet in the engine compartment, fed the cable through a hole in the engine compartment leading inside the campervan. Mounted the trip box under the bed and located the switches.
The main cable runs through a hole in the engine floor and that means the boot lid can remain locked when on EHU. Make sure the engine is cool before putting the EHU cable through though, the hot exhaust may melt the cable
Cheers Ratty
