The ehu hookup is normal mains 240v so you just need a normal mains small domestic free standing electrical heater to plug into the 3pin socket that will be in your van. Some use fan heaters, others use oil filled radiators.

If you have a 3way fridge in your van that will work on mains electric while plugged into ehu as well.

bear in mind that the max hook up is usually 16 amps in the uk and can be as low as 2 in France
make sure any electrical items you get are capable of running on low power - else you'll trip the supply

Watts = Volts x Amps. 5 amp hook up is 240 x 5 = 1200watt.

so, to be on the safe side only get equipment capable of running at no more than 1kw, tends to apply to items with a heating element
we always unplug 1 such item eg heater before plugging in another eg kettle for a brew
I mean unplug- it's too easy to absent-mindedly press the switch

PS we got a glen fan heater - neat and runs at 1kw and 2kw - so you can use it at home
we bought at a local electrical shop for £19
but it looks a bit like this
