Have used the MH abroad over Christmas, temps went down to -10 with no problem, and this was without EHU for the first few nights.
If your van is winterised then no issue, just make sure you have plenty of food and drink on board in case you do get stuck. Also make sure you have propane (red bottle) or the LPG from service stations (Yellow bottle) as these will not freeze or become un-usable
