hi could anyone help me start my fridge on my autosleeper i tried it i can see the sparklight and smell the gas but it   dont lightup can some one help me please

I take it you are following correct procedure? Keep knob pressed in for 30secs after lighting, otherwise try cleaning out burner, you should be able to access it by removing bottom fridge vent on outside of van. Clean the burner with meths using a small paint brush & blow out with an airline if you can.

Iv tried that but i still could not get it to work. I can see the spark light but it doesnt light up. Also how does it work with 12v.

Possibly needs new thermocouple then, this is a safety device that shuts of gas if flame goes out. Fridge may well have to come out to replace that.

Normal motorhome electrics only allow fridge to run on 12v while the engine is actually running so 12v is only for driving, this is because there is a high current drain at 12v. Older fridges tend not to work that well on 12v.

 Hi, I had a similar problem and in my case it was loose wires on the back of the fridge, connecting the round metal gas valve and the square black plastic ignition box. All accessed through lower exterior vent.

Silly question have you removed the vents from outside on the side.
