I have had the cat stolen from my fiat based Motorhome whilst it was parked on my drive. Fiat seem to be taking forever to source a replacement. Does anyone know if it is safe to drive the vehicle without the cat, the exhaust sounds a bit throaty but it is not too bad?

I would not drive it. Excess heat may be directed to where you really don't want it, and also exhaust fumes may go where you don't want them. In to you..........
