My daughter has just bought a 1987 T25 VW camper.  She would like an awning for it and we have no idea where to start looking.  Ideally she would like awning big enough for inner tent for two.  She also needs a replacement roof handle for inside above driver side door - she is disabled so really needs this as will make it a lot easier for her to get in and out.  Also we can't find where the hook-up plug hole is! As you may have guessed we are new to all of this so any info will be very gratefully received

...justkampers do awnings. Plenty of others do as well google 'campervan awnings'.

You may get a grab handle from a VW van centre, some T25 parts still available from VW otherwise you need to find one from a secondhand VW parts trader. Is this what you seek? The hookup socket should be under a hinged flap on the outside bodywork, usually under fridge vent. Best T25 resource is club80-90 register on the forum, you will get plenty of help.

Hi, re awnings, there's loads of choice, Khyam, Outdoor Revolution, Sunncamp and Outwell do some good ones. We have a Khyam Motordome Tourer with the inner tent, haven't tried it out yet but there are reviews of various awnings on this site!
