hi help needed, new to this and camping,just pick up a fiatducato 141cj on a y-plate,got to sort out some thing like,

1-were can i get a hand book,

2-the boiler not working,can see some wires sat by the boiler,will get the make of it,

3-the revcounter not working-can i do this

4-got a gas cooker 4burner,righthand side front not working,

i think im hooked to this site just joined,& it 11pm allready,thanks for your help talk more later,wango

one more how can i get the bumpers back to black i think here black or gray,

It depends on how ofay you are or compitant with doing the work yourself. You you find it difficult to get the top of off a can of beans then get someone to do it, on the other hand if you can strip down an engine in the dark with one hand behind your back then go for it.

The boiler sounds like its been disconected, could be due to it being broken so check this out prior to wiring back up - or be careful

Rev counter - could be the cable but not mechanically minded so no idea.

for the cooker it sounds like the ignitor has gone, you should be able to buy and fit a new one

For the bumpers, go down to your local car parts shop or Halfords and search the shelves for relevant restorer

Search internet for upholster in the south. I can recomend a great one up in Derby, you can camp outside so you could make a trip of it. http://www.regalfurnishings.co.uk/

This might be interesting to you as some faults simply require that the instrument in quistion be disconnected and reconnected, If you do this be sure you have the security code for the stereo etc.

Failing this I think and dont really know but it looks like it's impulse from the crank sensor although it could be a signal from the alternator.
