I have a Romahome HYLO which has a hinged roof that lifts from the back. When closed the whole roof rests on a rubber seal the same as a car door seal. We have moved home, the van now has to be parked outside on a medium slope. We are in quite a windy spot, and water is getting under the seal, soaking the canvas that forms the wall when the roof is up. Does anyone know of a cover that would just cover the roof of my camper. I use the van as my main vehicle so I don't want to have the hassle of taking off a full cover.

Thanks guys, I am looking at using a tarpaulin, also parking on a more level surface ie the road, as I think the frame may be slightly twisted on our drive. I must be the only person in Britain hoping for more rain to test my twisted frame theory !!

Could you not use a pair of steel car ramps on your drive to bring the van up level, or make your own timber ones.

If the slope is not too great perhaps a pair of Fiamma leveling ramps could be used, and they would come in handy when on site if on an uneven pitch.

Trouble with tarps, they need to be well lashed down, or they could take off in high winds,apart from causing friction marks on the paintwork.
