Oil & filter change is same as petrol, just remember never ever over fill the sump better to run at a pint less rather than a pint over
Fuel filters ain't too hard to do, some are internal paper type, some full chuck away canister type same as an oil filter. Not knowing what type you have hard to say, but if it's the total chuck away type, go get a few pints of diesel before you remove it, unscrew it & remove, you may have a electrical connector screwed into the base of this, leave it in place but disconnect it at the lucas block & remove with filter, right now get new filter fit electrical connector from old unit, fill filter with new diesel then refit it, this will save you having to bleed the system, crank engine it my miss & splutter for a few seconds as it bleeds the pipe work, this is normal.
Internal filters are sometimes held in place by a bolt on the top of filter housing or by a bolt from the bottom through the canister screwing upwards into the pump housing, undo & remove filter etc, most of this type of filter you cant pre-prime with diesel obviously if the bolt is not at the bottom so canister will hold fuel you can, refit if no fuel in filter you will have to bleed it near top of filter you should see a bleed pump bulb normally black & about the size of an egg on top of housing you will see a bleed nipple undo & pump the bleed bulb until diesel appears re tighten & fire it up
Note some systems don't have a hand bleed/prime system so all you can do is crank the engine until it self bleeds this can take 5 mins before it fires up
A bit of a long winded answer but best i can explain it.
