Not Cornwall but Dorset (probably similar, and you may stop-over there). Some car parks have dedicated motorhome bays (wider, longer) although cars don't always respect this. Some car parks direct motorhomes to the lorry area and may charge more than cars - in this instance, if there's a person supervising, check where to park and what fee to pay. Most important thing is to have a wee change purse full of about £10 worth of various coins from 10p upwards for the Pay & Display - some car parks in the most scenic spots may cost upwards of £5, and most don't give change so your 70p fee costs £1 if you don't have it exact. But given the varying prices of camp site showers and laundrettes, you probably have this "float" already. Some Forestry Commission car parks charge, and if you're staying locally it may be worth paying for the annual voucher that you can buy at the shop. Oh, and if you have a dog, some beaches only allow them out of season - Tourist Info would have information. Enjoy your holiday!
