Hello all, I want to renew the brake pads on my compass I have looked on the net for good price etc. but all I can find relate to base vehicle i.e. peugeot boxer, these show weight up to 1800kgs. my loaded weight is up to 3850kgs, I have been searching for front pads only. So do the front and rear pads have different ratings, and do you add the front to the rear making up maximum load?

I would imagine that the braking system is designed to take the maximum load available, so you shouldn't have a problem. Front pads are usually larger and thicker than rears, as they do the majority of the braking.
