Try the insurance factory, just got a great deal from them, less than last year - now thats a surprise with everything going up these days

I renewed mine yesterday. 2005 Fiat Ducato, two drivers aged 44 and 31, full NCB and i think a big difference is the Thatcham class 1 alarm. Mileage 8,000. Cost was £251 with Staveley head. C and CC was about £20 more. Try a quote with and without alarm and consider getting one fitted.

The insurance thing seems to be a lottery. We've ended up having to shop around every year. In 2011, SAGA, was one of the most expensive. This year, 2012, it was one of the better priced. It just doesn't make any sense

Try Adrian Flux, just ignore any on line quote they give and telephone for a quote. My original quote was £904 after phoning in I got it down to £263 for restricted mileage of 5K
