I recently bought a Talbot clutch cable for my aged Kon-tiki. from our local TMC auto shop.................... Tel no 01442 827543.......The managers name is David. Really helpful guy, possibly you do not live in Tring area, but there is always the post.
Hi All
thank you all so very much for all you help and advice
i have tracked one down with Derek at Delfin Designs 01202 840749 he was such a mind of information on Talbot vans, and he said that he would always help anyone with advice so if you have a Talbot van make a note of his number ,he new ever thing about my clutch, and even ventured to tell me Wye the cable probably broke,he said that after the supply of mark one cables run out that he had a conversion to upgrade to a mark two,and that when i do the upgrade the cable would never brake
now i am looking for an offside aluminum trim,do you have any idea as to a starting place

Yep, Derek is brillaint, its not just talbots, but any sevel chassis, Talbot, ducato or C25
he can be difficult to get hold of but when you do he will chat for as long as you like, and offers advice with no cost!
He was featured in MMM for a re engineered gear linkage for these vans which is supposed to be excellent, I am off to have one fitted when I can afford it
