The decals on our 2005 Swift Sundance are faded and blotchy.  I am looking at Farecla G10 or Autoglym Paint Restorer followed by Autoglym Super Resin Polish to try to get them looking a more even colour.  Has anyone any experience with this problem and successfully restored them.

We replaced our front Rollerteam decal, well I say we I mean my husband did, it is not as easy as the instructions say, it took him about an hour to remove the old decal with a hairdryer and lots of scrapping.  Putting the new one on was not easy, unfortunately it is now  very slightly running to one side but never mind.  I personally would not try to replace them myself next time and get them professionally done. Too much like hard work.

We did also try polish to restore them but it made no difference.

Yes, it does take some time but is worth it in the end.  To make the job easier, you can get a drill attachment that acts like an eraser from ebay and you will get decals there also.  They are easy to apply if you take your time and lightly mark where your transfer is going.

As I gave up trying to put a screen protector on my ipad without getting bubbles underneath it, I think putting new decals on the 'van would be beyond my capabilities!

Will try the Autoglym, and if it doesn't work will just have to live with it.
