Hi mate, we had this set up for years with our old campervan, just need a Bongo bike rack to do it again with: http://irene-the-magic-bus.blogspot.co.uk/search?updated-max=2010-09-30T19:32:00%2B01:00&max-results=7 (you may have to scroll through a couple of pages to see a pic of the back box) We got the rack with the campervan when we bought it and I bought the box new. Honestly, it took me ten minutes to do! Took the bike rack off and lined the box up, drilled four holes (2 underneath and 2 at the back), used the Fiamma "U" shaped bolts and then used a bathroom sealant round the screws, job done! We had a 180 box and it was loaded with a 5kilo gas canister, a double camping stove, levelling ramps, all my breakdown kit, mini compressor, electric hook up leads and 4 way plug box thing as well as a couple of other things. It was fairly rammed and quite heavily loaded but we never had any problems at all. Also, our gas struts were more than a match for all of it as we used to lift the tailgate every day. The ony thing we did was put 2 bits of wood either side to prop it open if we left it open to air the camper. As far as security goes, it has a lock and the only other thing I di was tie 2 surfboard straps round it and I only did that because I also put 2 camping chais and a fold away table on the top of the box between the box and the rack as there was a little recess. As far as dirt etc was concerned, we have travelled all round Europe and all round the UK in every type of weather and not once, even after 8 days of torrential rain in Lake Garda, did the rain or dirt or anything get in. I have absolutely abused the box and the bike rack and aprt from maybe tightening the bolts inside every 4 or 5 months, there were never any issues at all. It is a great set up and well worth the extra money and space if you are travelling around. I would also suggest that a 180 box should be the limit for the rack. Not because of weight issues, only because of the dimensions. Also, we have never used a warning sign on the back and we have travelled through most European countries. Only down side........................................................... There was/is not enough space on it for country letter stickers! Hope this is of some help and I'll try and dig out some better pictures failing that, when we put it onto our Bongo bike rack, I can post some pics of it being fitted. All the best, Den
