We have a private plate on our car, if we buy a small campervan can i put the car plate on the camper..??      thanks...Richard

You can,t make a car/camper look newer than it is IE you can only fit a plate to the year of the car(or older) and not a newer one

Providing the private plate is older than the camper registration then you will have to go to your local DVLA office with the relevent forms filled in and pay them £80.

You will then get two new V5 documents through the post

You can also send the forms to your local DVLA office.

I saw CO51 VAN (CO51 VAN)on a MH.
Also saw M15 SRV (M15S RV)on a big RV,I assume with a woman driver.
