Just Go are in Hertfordshire. We have just purchased a motorhome, get it in two weeks, having caravanned for 33 years. We did think about hiring but in the end we were not sure what it would prove. We go away for a couple of months in Europe twice a year and that is the sort of period we would have to hire for to get an accurate idea on whether we liked it. We went to the NEC and looked at all the main UK brands and decided on a Bailey Approch 740. In layout its not a lot different from our current caravan. I think, in the end, it boils down to whether you will be comfortable driving a much bigger vehicle and also whether you will cope with not having a car at your disposal for days out. The latter can partly be overcome by selecting campsites near to towns or public transport. We have been thinking about it for years and have only just plucked up the courage to change. If we have made a mistake it will be relatively expensive but not the end of the world. I can only wish you good luck.
