A whole load of really useful advice,
A) The dealer has taken the stance as Tentz states it.
“they do not have to sell an item to me, just refund my money”
B) My opinion, is the same as Silverliving,
We had a contract and they MUST honour the deal
Wacbas also puts it well
C) I also think the Ratcatcher has the right attitude
Tell them to SUFF IT!!!
However
A) I have been waiting six months for this van,
B) I believed that I had got a GOOD deal
C) My existing van has been emptied ready to be part exchanged
D) I have BIG plans for the new van this season.
As i did not have an additional £1,00.00, I eventually relented and accepted £300.00 (instead of the extra that had been aggreed) of the agreed price,
I just hope there are no further problems down the line.
Not the best experience, nor a good recommendation for anyone to purchase
