Michelin do a special Camper tyre, I have them on my Bailey. Whether in reality they are any better than other van tyres I am not sure although the manufacturer claim some avantages.

The specific motorhome tyres have stronger sidewalls to preserve tyres that stand still for long periods. They are at top end of price range though. Ordinary commercial van tyres will be cheaper. Cheapest suppliers are usualy online like tyreshopper. You buy online including fitting & the tyres are delivered to a local retailer like National Tyres for fitting with no more to pay.
Theres nowhere that is definately cheapest you just need to shop around. Put your tyre size into websites & see what comes up. Obviously Michelin/Conti & similar are most expensive but mid range like Kumho etc are just as good imho.

its not just the price to watch, its also the noise, i used to have contis on a vw, and when i renewed i got some cheaper brand fitted kumos i think, the road noise was awful, when i had to replace the tyres on my present van i had fitted michellin agilas camping tyres only a few quid more but worth it.

Commercial tyres and motorhome tyres are 8 ply or more
We have Hoya all round on the Laika. Great on the road but like all M/home tyres, they're useless on grass

Thanks everyone
Yea we came to the same conclusion - cheap is not always better! Especially when you have paid a lot for your motorhome but as we all agree our lives and our safety are more important SO decent tyres - Michelins - have been ordered by other half and are being fitted next week.
Yay can't wait for our summer road trip to France
Oh and all the other little weekend trips in between
Many thanks again
