Hydratrail is a rack that has swivel wheels on to carry a scooter on the rear of the motorhome. It is in effect a side loading trailer, but fixed to the rear of the motorhome.
Google easylifter hydratrail and you will see one.
Not sure if it's the same item but I know a while back there was lots on online chat about one of these types of "trailer-racks" having welds break and bushes fail...
Just had a quick "google" and(if I've got the correct one), there's some chat them about on here:
http://www.motorhomefacts.com/forum-81.html&sid=47335fcc5716e9dd02fab98ecba63124
(..looks like you'll need to copy & paste that,though..)
Thankyou Pepe63, I have seen that 'chat' and taken part in it in hte past. Despite these racks being heavily sold, there are only a few people who own them on that website and have commented upon them, be it positive.
I wondered whether there may be more users on this free site who had experience.
I think there were problems initially though there is excellent feedback about the chap who builds them.
We will wait and see
I looked at this type of "trailer" and didn't like the look of the wheel assembly. It didn't look the type that was designed for high speed work
This is only a personal opinion

I'd agree with that, "flip-flopping casters" just don't look up to road speed usage, do they....
(..mind you,I think the same of those small wheeled "camping" trailers(..with their 3ft greedy boards and roof box/bike rack lashed on top!)and I've been shouted down for that opinion as well.

They looked like the sort of castors that go on Dumpster bins
The idea is very good. They just need a proper wheel/axle assembly and it could be a winner
