Hi to all.
Does anyone know of or heard of any companies offering tyre insurance for roadside replacement of damaged tyres here and in France?

You are describing breakdown insurance, ie the AA or Green Flag etc. Either paid with or separately from your vehicle insurance, you have to pay extra for cover on the continent. Everybody should have this. If you get a puncture on the road they come & change your wheel if you have a spare, otherwise they will do whatever to get you back on the road including transporting your vehicle to a tyre depot. Obviously if you carry a spare your delay will be less.

just google tyre insurance ..theres a few companies out there offering it but it doesnt look cheap... I'd guess it would depend on the value of the tyres you have fitted whether its worth it or not...???

the best insurance you can have is to carry a spare tyre, my motorhome came without (ford based) for around 300 pounds I know have a spare tyre slung underneath where it should have been in the first place

Must admit I have the ATS one, covers both UK & Europe but only covers for free wheel change and puncture repairs.

Better than having to crawl about yourself
