That does not surprise me. I answered a post about airbeam vango's...never had a reply from original post(er) or the guy asking if he bought one. However, I see it like this. We would need the tall one ( Sapera Tall) you do not say which one you have ordered but presume it to be the regular size.(of either/or at about 245cm High. I have a query, nobody seems to own one ( sapera tall) it is quite a length of awning that, and I questioned what size pitch might accomodate it. What length is the one you have ordered, and no doubt have errected, if not actually fitted to your van. The price is high, you would have thought that staff would be paid enough to care about customers. Nobody cares these days...so in just about 3 weeks I shall be looking and measuring. Hope your little parcel arrives soon. The dopes, what a shower.
