Hi All,

I am doing a new post as an update on Brownhills because this afternoon, out of the blue, I got a phone call from a lady at Brownhills regarding our water pump. All she wanted to know was the mileage of our van and went on to say that she was dealing with the warranty claim with a view to reimbursing us for the pump we had to buy in Spain.

Is there someone at Brownhills who reads UK Campsite Forums? Does this restore faith in Brownhills Aftersales. I hope so.
