Mine is almost the same, try this if it helps, put a flat piece of ply about 1/8th then try and insert a flat bladed (blunt)but pointed if you know what I mean, and use the ply as a pivot to lift the surround of the panel, which should come away from the recess,, and try to cure the fault by putting the removed panel in the freezer for about half an hour in a plastic bag, it may sound daft but it actually clears the memory chip in it!!!!!
