I suppose to do it properly,we should weight our vehicles(both axles)then contact the tyre manufacture with these figures...they should then be able to supply the correct pressures..
Unfortunately when we did this, for the rears,all that Michelin did was to me quote the max pressure that was on the tyre, 70psi(I think?).
..and at those pressures, the ride was hard as nails and jarred your fillings!?...
So we run at 55psi front 60psi rear..(..and I checked that the tyres don't "overheat" at that).
