Hi..gaz'.
This probably isn't of much use..but we used to have an '07 X250 Boxer(so presumably the same/similar?)..and although that was 4-5 years ago now, I as don't recall having problems setting our clock(..and it's the sort of thing that would've bugged the hell out of me, if we couldn't! ), I can only assume that either:
a)I was able to fumble around, pressing/holding various buttons, with the ignition key in various positions, until I found a method/comination that worked...?
or b) It was in explained our hand book(..and having read the link below, this now seems the more likely! )
