How thick are the wall boards? The traditional method of getting wood to follow a curve is by using Kerfing. This requires the board to be cut part way through on the outside face (ie the the concealed face)allowing a degree of flexibility to be gained. The precise depth of the kerfing depends on the material used, it's thickness and the degree of bend required.
