Hi

Does anyone know of any cost effective (cheap) motorhome insurance for a vehicle bought outside the UK and privately imported.

Thanks for your help

Caravan Guard don't, well not according to their online quotation service!!

Have you tried Safeguard in Leeds.Cannot state if they will or not you can only ask, but it was the one we were with for our insurance from 1990-2009 when we change to our mobility car.

I used to insure with Co-Op for years and then they stopped doing Motorhomes

Try SAGA or Adrian Flux

adrian flux were suggested to us, they were 1st class when i rang them, everything sorted over the phone within 10 minutes

Saga don't do grey imports - they actually cancelled several Mazda Bongo policies during the year

Flux will probably do it but be carefull, their first years insurance is usually a good price but their renewal is usually very high.
I switch between Shield and Flux alternating years !!

personally I found the C&CC gave the best value cover for motorhomes

Try Frank Pickles we get really cheap motorhome insurance from them. They might be able to help you.
