We bought Silverscreens (2010/11?) but within a few months they had shrunk & would not stretch over the bonnet. I contacted the makers, spoke to the owner who accused us of leaving them on in winter and/or letting them get wet & drying them in the sun! We sent the faulty covers back for refund & after arguing they also paid return postage.
It was an upsetting experience as their argument was that they had been supplying the same covers to people for 30 years without complaint & we were at fault. I wonder how many people just threw them out & bought different ones.
We then bought Taylormade external covers which have been excellent. If you haven't bought any yet I recommend them if only to avoid trouble with the man at Silverscreens.
