We've bought a couple of pairs over the years(1 for a rwd Transit and 1 for a fwd Peugeot).
I can't recall the make but they were German made(or rather, the manufacturer was a German company..they could've been made in China!)and bought via ebay.
We didn't buy them for use in snow, we only bought them to see if they'd help on really muddy festival sites, which they did to a degree...
BUT they were a real pain the backside to fit and to remove!
( ..and with the fwd Peugeot, due to lack of wheel arch clearance I was always wary of something letting go and it ripping the arch and/or brake lines out!
