I used pre-loved for my caravan which sold within a day or two. Get some good pictures, say one outside and two inside. Write a very detailed description and it should sell.
Maybe get a better price in spring but I think folks are buying now.
I think if you want several £1000s of a buyer's money they are entitled to ask what questions they like. I once spent an hour on the phone successfully convincing a buyer it was worth a 200mile train journey to pay cash for what I was selling.
Works both ways. I sold my Abbey on eBay, the highest bidder £3,200. In my description I urged buyers to inspect before they bid.
The winning bidder didn't. He turned up after driving 239 miles then tried to lower the price. He didn't succeed, he drove away empty handed in a Range Rover with another 239 miles to go.
He had convinced his wife that he would get it for 2,800 cash, and that was all the money he brought with him.
I relisted it and got £100 more.
