Oh..so with this set-up, the whole of the water system needs to remain in pressure then?..and not just the section after the pump? 
How does that work, surely the tank will have a vent?..or an overflow?
If it is too much messing about to alter all the bits that'd need altering, could you just fit an additional separate filler, with it's hose feeding down into the bottom of the tank?(below the water line).
Would that work? ..can you even get to the top of the tank?(I thought ours was under-slung?..maybe it wasn't....)
As these systems never seem popular with MHers, someone, somewhere must have sorted a neat, tidy, (hopefully easy and cheap!)way around them by now.
(..and NO!...I don't mean by just carrying an aquaroll  )
Is there not an Elddis/Compass forum/owners club where you could probably get some first hand info?
