Ah, been there (and our MH is even older than yours).... if you hear a click when you press the pump, the electric current is getting through and the microswitch and its fuse is ok. For us that meant we had to get a new pump fitted (beyond our capabilities, but it wasn't hugely expensive and it's not a pleasant job anyway). That was last year. This weekend, no pump and no click. So no electricity was getting to the microswitch. If your pump has been tempermental, that sounds likely. But first of all, check the fuses in your Zig unit - one of our 6 fuses was clearly broken (wire snapped), we replaced it with another 3 amp fuse (Holfords sells them) and the pump is working again. If those fuses are ok, then (as suggested by Wendyhouse) the Thetford site will show you an exploded diagram (if you dig around hard enough) and you'll see there is also a 3 amp fuse underneath the cassette - the diagram is upside down for this. It looks very awkward & fiddly to replace. That's where the microswitch is too - replacement is DIY-able, with patience. I wasn't able to see sales on the Thetford site, but www.leisureshopdirect.com does all the parts.
