hi, we have decided to give up motor homing all together,
our van is a wildax high top which is advertised on here.
as we have not any luck selling our camper, so it looks likely we will have to let it go to one of the company's that offer we-buy-any- motorhome.
wondering if anyone has had any dealings with this kind selling.
many thanks
For what one of them companies will offer you it would be better to reduce the price. You would probably still get more than they would offer you. Look at their websites for buying and selling.. That will give you an idea of how much they make ..
Get any little faults put right. Advertise privately with as many photos as possible showing daytime and night time layouts. List as much info as you have. Be patient and it should sell. best wishes
------------- cramming for my finals in the twilight zone
Always amazes me that anyone would try and sell any item without photos.
Lets face it would you lash out 14 grand on anything just from a description?
There are loads of 2nd hand units out there, what you have to do is make yours the most attractive to people looking on the tinternet...No pictures and they will simply skip yours and go on to the next ad...imho..Good luck anyway.
p.s....I would also add no smokers/pets to your description in the advert . (It is stated elsewhere but I missed it first off) I wouldn't even consider a smokers vehicle or one that had transported dogs/cats as I wouldn't stop sneezing. lol

------------- Snowmen fall to earth in kit form........
Every day is a gift..That's why it's called the present.
James r (OP), as others have said, you do need to offer up at least some photos...
(..I note that many don't post photos with their actual adverts but do supply a link to access their photos hosted elsewhere).
Have you advertised it anywhere else?(ebay etc), as they're a popular, useful layout, I'm surprised that you've had no interest, especially as the price seems realistic..
I'd add photos and relist it..and also advertise elsewhere if you're not already doing do..(let's face it, it's doing nowt buried, photo-less down on page 4 of the fee ads section on here )
As others have said, more pics are needed and also how the van looks setup on a pitch to give people idea's. Your advert Here is let down by not enough pictures and the text ion the advert does not pull me into the sale, it has no wow factor or detailed information apart from the usual yo would expect to see.
Sorry just being honest.

Good Bye To Our Abbey Spectrum 520, Hello To Our Elddis Crusader Cyclone
Hi all, I forgot to put on about smoking & Pets.
as for photo's I have got them on the pre-loved advert, but cant seem to get them on here, or caravansforsale.co.uk other places are local shop windows
I have taken pictures on mobile phone if anyone requires them.
studied the pricing on other sites including E-Bay & think it is in the right bracket, you always get someone who knocks you down anyway & we do have quite a few extra's to get rid of as well.
I no the picture thing is a problem other than sending them hard copies, it might be the answer.
many thanks for all your comments.
