Hi
First post on here, and I hope someone can offers sound advice.
Question is on the top of my motorhome I have 2 rails which run the width of the van 1 at the front and 1 close to the back .I belive there will be joins in the roof underneath them which are possibly allowing water ingress.
I want to remove and reseal.
Do I use a none setting sealant or do I use a mastic strip and could you point me in direction of best to buy.

Try Sikaflex EBT - available in a wide range of colours from Screwfix at £8.35 / tube.
Used this with perfect results when changing my reversing camera and reversing sensors etc.
You won't beat it.

So whats the difference between say sikaflex 512 and sikaflex 221 .I want to make sure I get this right first time .

For technical differences between their sealants / adhesives, I would try the Sikaflex website - www.sika.com. I'm sure there will be a product technical sheet available to view or download.
