Hi,
it's probably coming from the battery charger - especially if it is an older model.
If the interference has only recently started the charger may have developed a fault.
Can you turn it off separately from everything else to check if the interference disappears ?
It might have its own switch or be supplied via a circuit breaker on the mains inlet panel.
If the interference has only recently started the charger may have developed a fault.
Other causes may be to do with how the TV etc gets its 12v power - could be a poor or missing earth (negative) connection.
