We have an Airbeam awning, made by Vango. The instructions for that clearly state max of 7psi. However, as the beams are fully inflated at that, but look like they need more putting in to stand up correctly. Just give the guys a tug and I am sure you will find that will put things right. It is best to attach awning, and then peg the whole thing at ground level temporarily first. Hope this helps. OR you could search google for a video. If this does not help come back to me.
P.S. The brand you have has a very good name, so a video should be available on YOUTUBE.
