We currently have a 2013 Willerby Salsa 37ft x 12ft. 6 berth Static, 2 beds, large dedicated storage at the back of the caravan, 2ft x 12ft, well equipped kitchen with slimline Hotpoint dishwasher, bathroom and en-suite toilet and sink, on a small but very lovely Haven Site at Doniford Bay Somerset, with swimming pool, restaurant, entertainment, and lots more. We are looking to part exchange it for a suitable motorhome, due to moving to Cornwall, we would like to visit lots of places.   There will be annual site charges for the caravan however you can let it out yourselves, or Haven will let it on your behalf if you don't wish to become involved with the letting. Have you checked that you can sell it to someone, other than Haven? When I sold one at Blue Dolphin, admittedly over 20 years ago, it had to be removed from the site unless sold to Haven
The money they will offer you will also be a pitiful amount

Think they have had to bow to pressure, and also new laws governing static parks.

I sold mine 25 years ago because I wanted a new more modern van but site owner would not let me buy from out side, had to buy only what site sold at 25% mark up on dealer price.
I sold on QT to my cousin who had been to site many times with us for twice the price site owner was offering but cheaper to her than buying of dealer/or site owner.
Far as he knew I still owned it but had to go abroad to work and my cousin was looking after it during her many visits then she paid me the site fees and I sent him a cheque then she inherited it wink/wink. She is still on site and has changed her van numerous times as well as the site ownership has
The original owner past away and his son and wife could not sell site fast enough they wanted the money but not the work or hassle
